Modified Advisors/Petitioners?

I've found a weird German website with a bunch of images showing the advisors and a bunch of petitioners re-designed. Could someone please explain this to me? Thanks a lot!

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out. They were re-designed for the European versions of the game. Thank you for your co-operation!

@A123bs I don't know much about SimCity 3000, but those are probably various other in-game characters that aren't advisors, maybe like Dr. Vu in SimCity 4

I don't have SC3K, so this is kind of hard to say. But if these are the advisors (and petitioners)'s appearance in-game, it might be okay to upload these headshots to the wiki... perhaps with their permission, of course. EpicJoyBoy ^{(My talk page!)} 06:25, September 22, 2014 (UTC)

Having played both SimCity 3000 and SimCity 3000 Unlimited in Dutch, I can confirm that several advisors were re-designed for European versions. These are the public safety advisor, health and education advisor, town planner and utilities advisor. (To me, the original images look quite weird ;-)) Gymnasiast (talk) 19:23, April 3, 2018 (UTC)
