The Small Duplex is a low density, low wealth growable house in SimCity 4. It holds 12 Sims, and it first appears after you get at least 500 Sims into your city. The building is composed of 2 houses with corrugated roofs. The colors may vary, but the most common style is mauve and green with a bronze colored roof. It appears along with the White Bungalows and White Cottages.
