Rambling Badlands

This arid desert landscale is split across the middle by a range of peaks and cliffs. The Saguaro River serpentines its way through one side of this region, quenching the thirst of cities that border it.

Rambling Badlands is one of the regions introduced in Update 8 of SimCity (2013). The region consists of 14 city sites and 2 great work sites.

File:Iguana Flats.png	Iguana Flats	One of the few level sites in this region. Iguana Flats has lots of room to build, but no raw resources. Mayors may want to found an Academy or tourism city.

File:Tarantula.png	Tarantula	Though this site has scant deposits of coal and raw ore, the shoreline at the edge of this site is useful for import/export business.
File:Coyote Cliffs.png	Coyote Cliffs	A dramatic crescent-shaped ridge in this site is a minor obstacle for tenacious mayors. Abundant raw resources provide everything necessary for an OmegaCo, mining or drilling city.
File:Scorpion Shores.png	Scorpion Shores	With a fortunate access to water shipping lanes, this site has coal reserves and a bit of crude oil — enough to start a shipping empire.
File:Rattlesnake Ridge.png	Rattlesnake Ridge	The ridge in this site provides several locations for mayor to discover coal, raw ore and crude oil. Mayors can use these resources to specialize in the extraction specialization of their choice.
File:Sidewinder Mesa.png	Sidewinder Mesa	Coal and raw ore in this site provide a solid foundation for a mining city or even an OmegaCo business. Scenic views from atop the butte provide mayors with an inspirational sight.
