City Hall Post Office, located on the Broadway and Park Row junction. Now is known as City Hall Park.
The Palazzo Apartment is a growable residential building that appeared in SimCity 3000. An elaborately colonnaded, mansard-roofed building in the second empire baroque style, make it look more fascinate than other building in the game, within lot size of the "3x3" and the high wealth residents make the building hardly be seen in the small town or low wealth city.
The building is based on the old City Hall Post Office, a building on the triangular tip of City Hall Park in New York City, which is now demolished.
However, the building in the game looks like a normal quadrilateral building, that looks differently to the original triangular building.
