Maxis Manor (Part of the Heroes & Villains DLC) is MaxisMan's headquarters and living space. Once you place Maxis Manor in the city, you can send MaxisMan out to patrol for injured Sims, healing them without using hospital space. MaxisMan earns renown when on patrol.
Price §40,000. Upkeep §900/hr. Requires 2,500 residents to plop.
Renown[]
- 500 Renown: Maxis Manor can be upgraded, adding the Turbo Machine Garage. This allows MaxisMan to fight crime.
- 2500 Renown: Maxis Manor can be upgraded again, adding the Reticulator. This allows MaxisMan to fight fire.
- 5000 Renown: When MaxisMan accumulates 5000 renown, he is able to capture Dr. Vu. This does not reduce crime caused by Vu Tower, but will empty it of henchmen. Dr. Vu can escape and will return to Vu Tower.
