Mass riots are a random event, very similar to the standard riots, but there are a lot more groups of riots, up to five times as many than the normal riots.
Mass Riots are a random event, but are more likely to occorr when your approval rating is lower.
The rioters are much more aggressive than the normal rioters. This means they are harder to capture,and set many more fires near them.
