2 Jet Fighters at Area 5.1
A Jet Fighter is a military jet that you can get if you place an Area 5.1. You can attack you civilians or go on missions.
You earn this vehicle by doing U-Drive-It missions for Dr. Vu or entering a cheat code.
The Jet Fighter is one of the most advanced vehicles in SimCity 4, so there's not much else to do than unleash your fury through bombs.
The Fighter Jet's weaponry consists of 15 unguided bombs.

- Jet Fighter seems to be a mix between F-101 Voodoo and F-20 Tigershark.
- Jet Fighter is the only playable vehicle in the game that uses jet propulsion and features a corresponding jet engine sound.
- It's shadow resembles civilian regional airliner which is not available in U-Drive-It mode, suggesting that there was playable civilian airliner at some point but was cut from the game.
