The real building in Germany
Hogan, Wallace, and White Insurance is a large stage 8 CO$$$ skyscraper building in the European tileset that comes with SimCity 4: Rush Hour. It provides 5,709 CO$$$ jobs. The building is based off the Messeturm in Frankfurt, Germany. It also bears some resemblance to another skyscraper in SimCity 3000 Unlimited called "Super Spur".
Hogan, Wallace, and White Insurance is classified as a stage 8 building. As with all other stage 8 commercial office buildings, it is required to have approximately 45,000 office jobs in the region before this building can grow.
