The City Storage is a building in SimCity BuildIt that is unlocked at level 4. By default, a mayor starts out with 30 capacity and building the city storage increases the capacity to 40. Mayors can use Storage Cameras, Storage Locks, and Storage Bars to increase the capacity by intervals of 5, to a maximum storage capacity of 600.
The storage items can be obtained by popping the blue Sim opinion bubbles, watching video ads and claiming a random reward, or from the Global Trade HQ for 650 
maximum.
Each capacity upgrade requires the same amount of all three items: Storage Cameras, Storage Locks, and Storage Bars.
